The budget-minded Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is now available in the US

That is A8, not S8, not A 8.0

Samsung’s newest mid-range tablet has made its way around the world, but until today, it hadn’t been seen in the US. But things have changed as US retailers now sell the Galaxy Tab A8.

You should not confuse this with the previous Galaxy Tab A 8.0 series of tablets or the more expensive and yet to be released Tab S8.

As a quick review, the 10.5-inch board is powered by a Unisoc Tiger T618, a 7040mAh battery that can be charged at up to 15W, four Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers, and One UI 3 plus Android 11 (sadly, a little behind the more expensive devices of the Samsung family) It even accepts microSD cards.

The base model comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage for $230. At $280, RAM goes up to 4GB and storage to 64GB. $330 will get you 128GB.
